Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth with some lumps remaining.
  • Stir in melted butter until combined.
  • Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract gently.
  • Add baking soda and salt, fold in.
  • Gradually fold in flours and cinnamon until just combined.
